Excellent Stay
5/5 The condo was clean and just as listed. The contact person was very patient and understanding with me because I had issue with the door. I Will definitely rent again with evolve!

5/5 Wonderful place to stay, the only downside was the access code wasn’t told to use properly and the thermostat couldn’t be changed but overall a great place to stay, very close to everything we wanted to do!

Golf trip
3/5 Communication between me and Evolve was good, however communication between me and the person in charge on condo not so good. Evolve says after you are fully paid to contact the property manager for door codes immediately, however the property manager does not respond. After two emails and a phone call they finally got back to me a few days before my trip. You start to wonder if I was just scammed. Things finally worked out but i was a little nervous.

Location, Location, Location
4/5 The property was clean and well maintained. The location to the beach, restaurants, stores, and activities were perfect. A few items needed attention in the condo, but other than that, we had a wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach!
