Lovely stay on Locust Lake
5/5 Our stay at the lake house was wonderful. Very nice house with comfortable beds, easy access to the lake and a peaceful neighborhood.

A good vacay
4/5 Fishing , swimming , playground all right there was great. Worked for my family. Several screens were in need of repair as we couldn't have them open with mosquitos. Didn't use grill as it was beyond filthy. Beautiful patio and beautiful view. Thanks for sharing.
Ok stay
4/5 The location is great for the kids to swim and fish, the oven doesn’t work and the outside grills are not in working condition-wound up having to buy my own grill. The house smells a little moldy which bothered me.

Disappointing
3/5 Nicely designed and furnished cottage. Fabulous location. Somewhere between Evolve and the owner there is a disconnect on the importance of amenities. As in previous reviews, our mid June stay did not see a fixed oven, (hint: a toaster oven isn't the answer,) or a sighting of a salad bowel. Sliding doors are in need of DW40, and our request to rectify the lack of propane for the grill was ignored. The reason the refrigerator isn't pictured is that a big back box has been placed in the small kitchen outside the the proportional alcove of the original. Dock just sad for the value of the property. I waited a few weeks to see if any outreach would be made to me, but Evolve appears much more interested in sending out requests to take their opinion survey. There is a disconnect in the chain of command, but I have no idea if it's the "guest contact," (who is obviously tired of the complaints,) Evolve proper, and or in combination of all with owner. Sweet property waiting some TLC which it totally deserves. It has great potential.
it was horrible
1/5 They gave me the wrong code at first then I had to call them and got the right code. They are very irresponsible. the deck wasn't clean, gas grill wasn't clean, and there wasn't enough gas to grill my chicken so I couldn't finish just put it on the grill for 5 minutes and then see there is no more gas. so they did not fill up the gas or dis not put different gas cylinder. also the manager do not reply text quickly, So be careful before booking this cabin or booking with evolve they will not do anyshit or not give little amount refund because of the issue ai faced and I paid good amount for but the description dose not match.
