  We were very excited about this stay, however, upon arrival we quickly noticed things wrong. The couch was wet and we could not even sit on it. Towels and pillows were also wet. The washer and dryer was broken so we could not even wash towels and had to go to the store to buy clean ones. There was a room with a bunk bed but the top bunk could not be slept on because it was so wobbly I was nervous it would break with my child on it. I had to put my youngest in a full size bed with me and my husband.

  Additionally, I went to the yard to start the grill for dinner, but the igniter would not light so that could not be used either. If it was not for all of these issues I would have left a better review but we had a terrible experience in this house. I will say communication with the property manager was good in terms of quick response even though nothing was fixed during our 5 day stay. The location of the community is wonderful. 4 different lakes/beaches that are very cute and have playgrounds as well. I recommend the community arrowhead lake but definitely not this specific cabin.

• Nothing like the pictures

  I would definitely stay in this area again. The neighborhood and the amenities were lovely. However, I would absolutely never stay at this house again. It was honestly hard to sleep because I feared a spider would wake up with me. Every skylight was filled with spider webs. Every window had spiders thriving, living their best lives in them. All of the furniture was dingy. The yard was completely unusable. I thought I would able to have use the grill; which looked it has never been cleaned. The furniture also, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. There was no washer nor dryer during my stay. The floors look like they never been cleaned. I did not feel comfortable cooking anything during my stay. The spiders in the kitchen outnumbered me in every corner. Pet friendly ehh. My dogs did not even feel comfortable sleeping on the floors smh.

  Arrowhead community is very nice . The lake and the pools . The property is awful . The house is a dump. It feels like the shower spigot will rip off the wall . The tiles are all cracked . There are spider webs all over the place . The one room has no ac and gets so hot . It smells a bit musty / moldy . The washer does not drain . The floors are sticky . Beds are very uncomfortable. The yard is in complete disarray. 0/10 would not recommend.

  Nice home with all the necessities the property owners were very easy to contact and helped us with all of our needs.

  We loved our stay, great area and the house was nice and comfortable. The bathroom did leak when it rained, so the floor was soaked. Other then that it was amazing and I would stay again.
