Property was fine...customer service greatly lacking!
1/5 When we arrived at the house we were missing a remote for one of the air conditioners, bedroom blinds were broken and we had a few questions for our point of contact. We called within the first hour of arrival as instructed by HomeAway. No answer or call back. A few days into our stay, a light bulb broke and started smoking. We contacted this person again via email. No response until after we checked out a day later. We were looking for answers during our stay not after we left the property. Upsetting.

Awesome House and Location!
5/5 It was 8 of us and we all had a wonderful time. Having a lake view was so nice in the morning especially when drinking your coffee. 3 bathrooms was a huge plus after getting home from the waterpark and everyone wants to shower Will def book again. Thank you
