Weekend Stay
3/5 The stay was decent but I have had absolutely ZERO contact with the guest contact, even prior to our stay I was unable to get in contact with them. Two of the other guests arrived before me and had explained the hot tub was completely green and left open, as well as the pool. We were not planning to use the pool anyway due to it still being cold outside, but we had booked this place especially to use the hot tub. I had sent a message to the guest contact but received no reply, but someone from the gated community did end up coming to clean the hot tub up, but we weren't able to use it that first night due to it not being warmed up in time which was frustrating. Our fridge was leaking the whole time so we needed to constantly have a towel under it. The fridge doors also didn't seem to close properly. The kitchen fire alarm battery was low so it kept beeping. One of the other guests sat on the sofa and it IMMEDIATELY broke and one of the front legs snapped off. We just ended up sitting on the floor the whole time due to that. There was a thermostat in each rooms of the house, and they all didn't seem to work correctly. We could not regulate the temperature at night and it would end up getting really hot with no way for us to do anything about it except open the windows and turn on fans for a bit. We still enjoyed our weekend as it was nice to be able to use the hot tub when it was actually usable. There was also no welcome booklet with info like there should have been.
