  Very disappointed with my stay.

  The owner of the property scheduled showings because the property is for sale, witch was an inconvenience for my wife and I.

  Plus broken furniture, fireplace wasn't working properly, curtain rod's falling off the wall.

  Than had a realtor show up unannounced on Sunday was ready to walk into the house with a key without checking with us.

  Very uncomfortable stay.

  My wife and were very uncomfortable.

  -We experienced a last-minute cancellation of a rental, and the individual who booked your reservation did so at the eleventh hour, likely on the morning of their stay. At present, our property is listed for sale, and most of our showings are scheduled during weekdays due to weekend rental bookings. Consequently, when our realtor arranged a showing for Saturday following the cancellation, it overlapped with the guest's booking, which unfortunately did not immediately reflect on our calendar. --We promptly reached out to Evolve to rectify the situation. In the interim, upon learning that the guests were out-of-town clients, we sought their agreement for a quick walkthrough, which they graciously accepted.
  -Regarding the issues with the small end table next to the couch and the recliner handle, our cleaner conducted a thorough inspection post-cleaning and did not report any damage. Similarly, the tension rod in the shower curtain is subject to wear and tear over time, and unfortunately, such occurrences are unpredictable. Our cleaner, who utilizes the shower curtain for cleaning purposes, did not observe any issues during their inspection.
  -Concerning the unexpected visit from a realtor on Sunday, we were unaware of this appointment, as it fell outside the predetermined showing hours typically agreed upon with realtors. This situation was beyond our control, and we extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.

  Stayed Herr over the weekend for my sister bachelorette. It was close to all of the places we went and way spacious for the 6 of us that stayed there.

  The oven was dirty and the upstairs doesn’t get any air was very hot the fans did nothing but move the hot air around

  Great spot and house to spend time with loved ones on vacation. Owner was an absolute sweetheart who got back to our messages right away. Highly recommend this beautiful house.
