The neighborhood was a bit unsafe. The exterior of home was poorly maintained. Knee high grass in backyard. The interior was mostly clean but had a few areas that were not. The bathroom shower still had hair on the walls. It felt like someone lives there regularly and left for our stay.

Our neighbors take great pride in looking out for each other, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. However, I appreciate your perspective and will consider how we can better communicate the neighborhood’s characteristics to our future guests.
Regarding the exterior and maintenance of the backyard, I apologize if the natural state of the yard did not align with your expectations. We aim to balance the maintenance of the property with a desire to support local flora, some of which may grow quickly, especially in the blooming season. However, your feedback highlights the importance of keeping the yard in check and ensuring it's tidy and welcoming for all our guests. I'll take this into consideration for future lawn care decisions.
As for the cleanliness of the interior and specifically the bathroom, I apologize for any oversight. Cleanliness is of utmost importance, and it's clear we missed a spot this time. I take full responsibility for this and will ensure a more thorough inspection is conducted following each clean. We want to ensure our home is impeccably clean and comfortable for every guest.
It was certainly not our intention for the house to feel as if it was not fully prepared for your stay. I will use your feedback as an opportunity to improve and ensure our home is always ready to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests.
