5/5 Close to groceries and close to the Expo for the horse show! Lots of towels and great hot water! Very convenient.

3/5 Great Homey, Old fashion feel to the place. The price for the property was great at first glance, however the overall charges, fees and taxes were ridicules and will prevent us from using this location again. That's to bad because its really a nice place.

Nice quiet place near the fairgrounds
5/5 Came for an event at the fairgrounds. This was close, clean and convenient. The team I worked with was great. Responded to texts promptly. When the dates for the event at the fairgrounds changed (after I made the original reservation), the Evolve team was easy to work with in making the needed changes. So I would describe the team as friendly, flexible and helpful.
