Some issues
4/5 So the Hot tub and pool table kept on not working.. Also stayed for Christmas and I thought it would be decorated but there was just a tree in a corner with no lights. if you stay with a high number take extra paper towels and toilet paper because you will run out. The black couch is really weird the padding bumpy. the lights under the roof where the games and tables are outside two do not work so it is really dark and not ideal if you want to hang out at night. Also, only one grill listing states two grill.

Christmas Getaway
4/5 We had 16 guests staying for a family Christmas getaway! Communication was prompt through Evolve we had no major issues while staying on property and did not need to contact owners. Home was decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise! The kids enjoyed playing pool, ping pong (we had to buy the net and paddles but left them behind for next visitors) climbing on the playground structure, & corn hole! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes to eat off like plates, bowls, mugs, cups, and silverware/utensils. It does NOT have a potato peeler, Tupperware, or tongs, but we made do. The hot tub was perfect for the weather and plenty big for 8+ people. Beds were comfy and clean, but the couch was not the most pleasant to sit on. Our only complaints would be that the floors weren’t super clean (found a previous guest sock under a bed, a dead roach in one of the rooms, and just lots of hair) the pots and pans needed a good scrubbing before we could use them as well. Overall a great stay!
