• Great Host, But House needs a lot of work

  While the hosts were responsive and check in was seamless, there are several issues other potential guests need to be aware of:

  - the air conditioning essentially does not work upstairs, we couldn’t get the temperature below 73 during our entire 4 night stay

  - the downstairs shower gets 0 water pressure if you try to use it the same time as upstairs, made showering for 7 people a much longer chore than required

  - the washer and dryer definitely did not work, we tried to run loads and they would run for 5 minutes or 5 hours and nothing ever seemed to be dry

  As far as positives, there were plenty of towels and linens for the guests to use and all other appliances worked as advertised.

  Convenient location and beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Within 5 minutes to Walgreens, Target, groceries, track. Within 15 minutes to SPAC. Property interior was clean, linens and beds were clean, property shows much wear and tear. Pool during our stay was unusable, torn liner and debris strewn across back yard and into pool. Pool guy came but was unable to remedy. Garberator required repair and caused water and food debris to back into kitchen sink on every use, when dishwasher ran and on the last day into the shower. Response by contact indicated someone would come to fix but no one ever did. A refund was provided but much less than what was expected. The property has potential and obviously an excellent cleaning crew but time needs to be spent taking care of the property to address basic amenities.

  -While we acknowledge there were some minor issues, describing the property as run-down is inaccurate. We believe the extent of the issues mentioned does not reflect the overall quality of the property.
  -We have since replaced our pool maintenance company with a new one that has been performing exceptionally well. We strive to address any concerns fairly and promptly, and while we do offer refunds when appropriate, we believe our resolution was reasonable. Most of our guests are very satisfied with their stay, though occasionally we encounter differing expectations.
  Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

• Belmont at saratoga

  i've been using VRBO property's for years, and at saratoga, this was by far the worst property ever been in,

  interior was average at best, showers unsafe and no water pressure, TV did not work and no internet, tried to resolve with prop mgr and cable company but to no avail, exterior was horrible, dirty in front, disgusting in the rear, could not use anything in rear, deck, patio, furniture, debri everywhere, pool horrendous, actually can't believe that VRBO allows this kind of stuff in their system, has to be a way for better checks and balances, complete and utter disappointment would be an understatement. should be some way to prevent this from happening, and definitely should be some way to get reimbursed for a portion of the cost. would not recommend this property whatsoever, thank you, Jeff G

• Nice little place

  Pictures are accurate. Nice and comfortable. Some of the towels did not seem clean but we found others in a closet. Clawfoot tub is hard to get in and out of (we had one older relative). Kitchen was decently equipped.

  As advertised Clean house- comfortable bedrooms Great pool! Plenty of dishware and utensils Dustin the property manager was great.. kept in constant communication.. always checking on us Would recommend
