• Night and Day between stays

  Second stay at this location. The property is beautiful and in a great location. However, there were issues that made this second stay uncomfortable. The difference in the three months between stays made an impact. Seems like the property has not been maintained. I never give bad reviews but feel this is a health issue which can be fixed. Any other issues I sent directly to Evolve.

  There was a mildew/mold smell which was really strong. I kept the dehumidifier in the living room running so had to keep emptying it out twice a day. I recommend they bring in an expert to cure the issue before it affects their business. Amazon sells a crawl space/attic/basement dehumidifier which has an automatic pump.

• Convenient, clean, comfortable

  Stayed a few days here with our adult kids while visiting family. Much more relaxing then staying at a hotel!

• Weird stay

  The place was okay. It’s a lot smaller than we thought, and had an old, dusty vibe to it. We were harassed by one neighbor, an old woman who said the car port lights were bothering her at night and demanded that we turn them off. The other neighbor was in our driveway at night for no discernible reason. Checking out my truck I suppose. One plus is the security camera system, it was very robust…… which in turn made us feel uneasy. We were unable to get comfortable there and ended up leaving a day early.

  Brian, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: "Thank you for staying with us, our house is updated and nothing should be dusty, we have notified our cleaners of the situation. we apologize if the space did not accommodate your party. there is nothing we can really do about intrusive neighbors, other than to put up a privacy fence, which we recently did. The security system is there for the protection of our guests and property. there are no cameras inside."
