2/5 Property is NOT well maintained at all. Pictures are very misleading. Overall very dingy, mediocre clean, poor towels and linens, holes and scuffed up walls everywhere. Upstairs bathroom - the toilet didn’t flush and no water pressure. Not a good part of downtown Houston, extremely close to large homeless population. I should have just cancelled once I got there and I regret not doing so. The only decent part was there was a lot of space And the living room/kitchen area was good for hanging out together.

Great place to stay
5/5 Very beautiful place. Very clean & convenient location. It was 3 of us and so much space. The communication between myself and the mgmt team was good as well. If I'm in the Houston area, I will most definitely stay here again. I'll also recommend friends and other to stay here as well.
