Needs attention
3/5 The photos present a well-maintained property, which in fact needs Maine and upkeep. Broken sidewalks and hanging wires in addition to doors and gates that don’t close. Cleaning had been done at the standard level but dirty walls, windows and blinds made it bleak. The outside needs repainting asap.

however it appears to need some maintenance which has been neglected for some time. it is an older home which is a consideration but still needs a couple repairs to make it less frustrating

Great neighborhood!
5/5 Fantasic find right in the heart of Montrose. Plenty of walkable cafes and bars. The parking is great. Property was spacious, allowing everyone to have their own space. Only issue was the light in the front room was out and the blinds near the bed in both rooms appeared to be broken for privacy. I definitely recommend.

5/5 Nice home with good space and fenced yard. Great location and convenient to get around. Motorized gate with off-street parking was nice on a cluttered and narrow street!
