We stayed here for a family reunion. So 8 adults and a 3 yo. I booked this place because of the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This is hard to find. Along with the game room. I would say overall it was clean, lots of space, the view was fantastic. However it was fairly uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but we didn't have things like garbage bags, extra linens. One of the showers had no soap. This is minor. More importantly, everyone felt the beds they slept in were very uncomfortable. We stayed in the bunk room because of our 3 yo. However, my husband had to stay in the top bunk because the ceiling fan is so close to the bed that someone could easily hurt themselves if not careful. One thing that really impacted the weekend was how hot it was. Granted, we stayed when there was a record heat wave. The owners provided a swamp cooler that blew some lukewarm air but never really cooled the place down. We tried to keep windows open but some windows didn't have screens so that didn't feel like an option. It was so uncomfortably warm the whole time. Even if it was a regular warm summer, I still think the place would be uncomfortable without ac and ventilation. The thing that saved us a little is that the basement was about 10 degrees cooler so we spent more time down there. For what we paid (maybe it was inflated due to celebrity golf tournament in town?), I would not recommend staying here. Again excellent view and responsive host but uncomfortable.

Everything about this property was pristine. The land, the house, the deck. I could not sing higher praises. I do suggest bringing a couple of air mattresses if you're planning on having the max 9 occupancy if you have single sleepers in your group, but that's just good advice for any listing. The price for this place compared to others in the area was excellent as well!

The property was clean and easy to access. Communications with property manager was good. It worked well for 7 cousins from different states to get together. It did not seem crowded. Nice view of the surrounding mountains and very quiet.

We came with a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property is a short drive to the downtown area and lake. Beautiful view from the deck as well.

This home was great for us! We had plenty of room to spread out in with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of extra supplies. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with a wonderful view. Elizabeth and Jerry were very prompt to answer any questions. It was a short drive down to get to lots of activities.
