We had 4 adults and 6 children. The loft above the garage was perfect for the kids! Not having an AC is not a problem as long as you open the windows and let the cool air in. I would highly recommend getting screens installed on the front and back sliding doors so that air could come in and not the bugs. Also I realize it’s a mountain home with natural landscaping but I would suggest doing some trimming of the grass and weeds around the house. It would just make it more aesthetically pleasing. Also I changed the wall filter with a new one that I found in the garage. I’d also recommend that if we are giving a person to contact should we need anything they be more readily available. This one was not. Overall it was a fair price for a very roomy family vacation
We had a great stay with lots of deer that come right up to the patio! We even had a visit by a bear our first night, thankfully he moved on when he realized we didn’t have any food in our coolers. The bunk room was great for our kids.
A few things to note about the house: the driveway is very steep, the water filter needed to be replaced, the flagstone patio was overgrown with weeds, and there is no A/C so it was very hot due to the big windows. We only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so we had to restock.
The cabin was a perfect set up for our family. The kids loved having their own space in the bunk/ game room and the beds/ bedrooms were very comfortable. The highlight was the patio. It provided a serene and picturesque spot for us to relax, unwind, and enjoy our favorite beverages. Whether it was morning coffee, afternoon lemonades, or evening cocktails, the patio offered the perfect setting to soak in the sights and sounds of nature while spending quality time with our loved ones. The driveway is very steep but no problem with 4 wheel drive. Without it there is a space at the bottom with a steep hike to the door. So that is something to consider.

This was a great hole for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). Most kitchens don’t come as stocked with plates/pots/pans or other kitchen stuff. That’s a huge help with as many people as we had. Home had great views. The deer come right on up near the porch and was a great experience for the kids to be so close to nature. Super close to ski resort and town which was great. Make sure in winter you have a 4x4 or you won’t make it up the driveway. AWD can get you to bottom parking pad but 4wd with snow on driveway you need the 4wd. Likely can get to the bottom drive in 2wd but not worth trying until familiar with where the house is on street. We’d definitely stay here again and appreciated the communication with property company.

The house was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. The 5 kids enjoyed being together in the large room. Location is close enough to multiple towns, so we enjoyed it very much!
