Wonderful cabin
5/5 Enjoyed our stay!
Property was exactly as stated and extremely clean.
My son and grandson were able to fish in the pond - my grandson (age11) caught his “biggest fish ever” and was so excited (of course, all fish were put back into the water).
Fire pit was very nice (fire wood furnished) for roasting hot dogs and s’mores.
Highly recommend, would visit again!

Great Cabin
5/5 Had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Extremely clean and included everything needed.
We were there to attend a celebration of life for my brother-in-law on Lake Nantahala.
The pond was a huge plus for my grandson - he managed to catch several bass (1 large) and a few brim (all were released back into the pond) but the look on his face with those catches was priceless.
We used the fire pit (had plenty of wood available) at night to cook hot dogs and make s’mores.
There was no air conditioning; however, nights did get cool and fans were available if needed.
Would definitely return to this cabin.

3/5 The cabin was adequate for my stay. I’m not a fan of baseboard heater as they pop and crack in the middle of the night. There was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was roomy and had everything I needed. The setting was pretty and having the fishing tackle there was a nice touch.

Hi Brian, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following details:
- Since the heaters are thermostatically controlled, when they are heating up or cooling down, there can be a couple of soft popping sounds. However, it's never loud but I’m sorry that the noise caught you off guard. I've never had a complaint from guests about the baseboard heaters. Most guests prefer the radiant heat.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests.
- We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay. Thanks for letting us know about your experience!Our favorite get away!

Great location for fishing!
