Excellent stay
5/5 My family and I enjoyed this house and it's convenient location. Everything was clean and the included amenities were great. Perfect view of the marsh and a beautiful sunset in the evenings. Definitely will be back.

Peaceful view
5/5 The views from the back balcony are stunning. The way the townhouse is situated, you don't see any neighbors and can enjoy the sights and sounds of the marsh/intercoastal waterway without distraction. The home is exactly as the photos show and is minimally decorated (which I appreciate so there is little clutter.)
The location is perfect - close to the center of Surf City and restaurants, but not too close! Our favorite beach access was #5, just a few blocks farther north. There was always parking available and it had a shower and toilet as well.
There were some items that would have made the stay easier for travellers like us that flew in...so we purchased and left the following: 2 beach umbrellas, 2 additional larger boogie boards, sandwich and snack baggies, scissors, insulated cooler and blue ice pack. Still could use some more chip clips and a pasta spoon. Obviously none of that is necessary, but would have been nice to have when we arrived.
We often don't return to vacation spots more than once as we like to see new places... but if we ever return to Surf City I would stay here again!
Great place!!
5/5 The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed (and then some extras like coffee and dishwasher tabs). The sunsets were gorgeous and the walk to the ocean was a really short walk. Would recommend this place again for sure!!
Vere Nice Stay
5/5 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Surf City. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. We would definitely visit again in the future.
