Truck show Festival Grounds
5/5 I needed space and parking for our trip. It was a busy weekend for Maggie Valley. I needed somewhere to stay while we were there for truck show. Not sure if friends were coming with us. I needed more than 1 room. I got the townhouse with 2 parking spots. I had a couple of questions while I was there and the property manager was able to help. Answered the phone when I called. Will stay again

Dirty arrival 7/14
4/5 When arrived unit was dirty contacted the property manger said would call me back which she did and said she had someone on the way to clean and I told her that if she would refund the cleaning fee that I would take care of the cleaning since I have 3 children with me and had been on the road for 6hrs she agreed to that said it would take 48hrs for the refund I then told her that was fine and as of 7/29/22 I am still waiting on my cleaning fee to be refunded to my account I contacted her prior to writing this review and was told that it’s out of her control that she would bark up some more trees
