My husband and I stayed in this property for 2 nights and to be honest, we couldn't wait to check out. It was clean enough but there were several issues with the unit. The door code and the internet logon info was incorrect, but once I called the property manager, she gave us her code to use and told me how to find the internet logon on the back of the modem. Then everything worked fine. I mentioned to her that it would be very helpful for anyone staying in the unit to have these instructions printed out, instead of having to constantly go back to our phones to find the info. The kitchen was OK - we didn't cook there - we only used the coffee maker. There is no ice maker so we had to go to the local grocery store to buy a bag. The beds were VERY firm, so much so that I considered sleeping on the couch. I improvised the best I could by placing the comforter provided in the closet under the fitted sheet and that helped. There is a washer and dryer provided which was helpful. The living room is sparsely furnished - no lamps, no side tables - but for the time we spent in the unit, it was OK. There is a beautiful creek behind the unit, but alas, there is no access from the back porch. We would. have had to go around the side of the building and use a neighbor's steps down to the creek. If you do choose to rent this unit, Missy, the property manager, is very helpful. My husband and I are very familiar with this area because we lived in Waynesville and Asheville for 6 years. The location is close to restaurants and shops.

  • Caught a trout in the stream right outside!

    5/5

We just enjoyed a great stay. It was a clean and comfortable place with a beautiful trout stream right out back. The porch overlooking the stream was the selling point for us and we enjoyed sitting out there each night. We even caught some trout while fly fishing in the stream. The location is convenient and the neighbors are friendly and kind. Management was easy to reach and helpful. A good stay and we would stay again.

  • Quiet and relaxing place to stay

    5/5

We enjoyed our time here. The view of Johnathan Creek was great from the back deck. My husband enjoyed fishing there despite not catching anything. The townhouse was comfortable , including the king bed where we. Slept.

  • Great weekend get away

    5/5

This place was clean. Loves being by the creek hearing the water. The only improvement I would suggest is TVs in bedroom.
