Very cozy house
5/5 House was very open and spacious. Filled with new appliances. One bathroom has a walk in tub.. my father n law really enjoyed it.

Over joyed
5/5 Property was clean and very quiet . Location of beach access was a plus . It was my first visit to Holden beach and I didn’t want to leave . I will recommend this rental unit to friends and family in the future .

Good value, great location
4/5 The place was in a great location and reasonably priced. Easy walk to the beach. Make sure you bring everything you need, the place did not come well stocked aside from basic linens. Would stay here again.
