Palm Springs Birthday Weekend
4/5 The house was nice but the gate keypad would not work so we had to contact the guest contact to get in. The fire pit also did not work because it was out of propane. We never got to use it. We were not told the pool would be cleaned on Friday and had to stay out of pool for over an hour. In spite of these issues we did have a really nice stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Great house
4/5 Had issues with getting in as gate code not working and pool heater not working but other than that house is great. Our favorite part was the huge couch that me and my 5 other friends could hang out. House was well equipped for cooking and BBQ worked very well. Hot tub worked good. Managers of property communicated well.

Amazing Property
5/5 This property was exceptional. We were in town for my mom’s bday. My siblings and I decided to take mom on a little getaway. There were a total of seven adults and 2 teens and one 8 year old. The house has super spacious on the inside. The house was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. We felt right at home. Everything was organized. There were a few little things that weren’t working but it was super minimal it did not affect our experience in anyway. One night we decided to make dinner and noticed the blender did not work. Other than that the property had everything we needed/wanted. The back yard was equipped with a nice grill, patio furniture and the pool was on point! The entrance to the property can be very tight. The gate only opens up enough to where you have to be very careful as you enter/exit the property. The property managers were easy to contact and super friendly. The house is only about a 8-10 minute drive to downtown. It’s super close, which was nice. Our family enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely book this again in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation home
5/5 My siblings and I decided to take mom on a mini birthday vacation. There were a total of 7 adults and 2 teens and 1 child. This home was more than enough for all of us. It was super spacious, well maintained and well stocked with anything and everything a home should have. The backyard had a nice pool area and the back patio had a bbq area with so much room we were all able to enjoy an evening bbq poolside comfortably. We were also able to pop in and out of downtown PS and shopping centers, since everything was fairly close to this property (downtown is about an 8 minute drive). The only downside was the gate to get into the drive way.lis very narrow and you have to be extremely careful when pulling in or out of the property. Besides that this property was very clean, very organized, super modern and up to date. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. My family loved it. Wed definitely stay here again.
Spacious Home
4/5 This property was great for my family vacation. With 7 adults and 2 kids, we were looking for plenty of space to spread out both indoor and outdoor. We loved the open floor plan and huge couch and all the outdoor seating! The pool and hot tub were great and my nephews loved the waterfall feature!
