Beautiful Property
5/5 The property was beautiful and worth a 5 rating. It is well described within the reviews and host’s description. Kitchen was well appointed. There are beautiful views of the mountains and the property is in a safe gated community. The outside space is great and feels like being in a secluded lovely environment. The only issue was that the chlorine level in the pool was 10x higher than the maximum accepted safe level of 4ppm (ANSI/APSP/ICP-5, The American Standard for Residential Inground pools). We are pool owners ourselves and brought a test kit with us due to bad experiences with pool water quality at other rental properties.
We reached out to the host prior to the visit and the response was confidence in the pool service company he uses and without prior guests complaints over the years. Unfortunately, that turned out to not be the case during our stay, which resulted in one of us getting a painful rash/itch that lasted 2 weeks. We would love to stay at the property again if that was resolved.

Gorgeous Views
5/5 Home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed just sitting on the patio, soaking in the sun, with the most beautiful views of the mountains, golf course, pond, fountain and pool. Perfect place to unwind!

Amazing Villa
5/5 This was an amazing place to stay and I was informed all the time about options like turning on the heat for the pool and Hot tub. Plus a 3 ring binder for the unit and for other activities. 100% satisfied!
