Very comfortable
5/5 Great, cozy and comfortable. There were a couple reasons I needed to interact with the host and she was very responsive and kind. It was close to so much.

Angrier that hell!!!!
1/5 I called a week before going saying that the pneumonia I had for 31/2 months had returned. Your only response was no refund (even for something like severe illness) and that I would have to rebook within 5 days or something. I do not need to stay somewhere anymore and will not in the future.
I think your refund policy is totally unfair and I have told many of my friends and family to never book anything from your company.

5/5 The property was a great value for the price. It is located in a nice neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Bathrooms & kitchen are well appointed with everything you need. There is one thing that could be added that would make it perfect. It needs a screen or glass door or two to let light(especially) and breezes through. It becomes rather dark during the day. The lighting inside is adequate but nothing beats natural light in my opinion. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cottage.

Great & Quiet Location In Hendersonville
5/5 This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the house! All the rooms were beautifully decorated and all the bathrooms had plenty of amenities. We had a place next to the house where we could park our car. The town itself was very charming. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
