  We enjoyed our stay with our kids and the dogs. The view is stunning and very close to the beach!! The living spaces are small but cozy and since everyone had their own room it didn't feel crowded. We switched up room assignments because the room with two double beds has the ensuite bathroom. The other two rooms share the hallway bathroom. All in all we had a great stay! Communication was great and we were able to stay a little later on checkout day which was perfect!!

• Great little place right on the beach

  This place was just what we needed for a week away. We had a few mis-communication issues that may have been platform-generated, but they were fixed satisfactorily except for one or two concerns that we communicated to the property manager that couldn't be fully dealt with while we were there. Furniture and beds were comfy. If you are "calling" rooms with your teenagers before you get there, be sure to grab the room with 2 full beds if you want the direct ocean view! (though the queen room still has a nice ocean view out of the side window) Location is central to all the cool beach restaurants and such, and it's right on the beach, as advertised. All-in-all we had a nice stay.

• Perfect location, excellent host contact.

  We had a fantastic stay at the Sand property, we found the property to be better than described and more than enough space for my entire family. We were vacationing with our children ages 11 months to 20 years old and they all had a great time here. The beach location is stunning. It is perfectly located and not crowded. A very easy walk down some steps and you are standing on what feels like your own private beach. The lighting is perfect for evening photography.

  The host contact was helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Although I did not need to contact them at all during our stay because everything was perfect, I did reach out some before arriving and upon leaving and they were quick, helpful, and accommodating.

  The beds were comfortable. The couches were cozy. We were able to prepare every meal for a week long stay in kitchen for my family of 6. There was sufficient plates, cookware, appliances, and space.

  This was our first time staying in Emerald Isle and we found the location to be convenient for accessing the pier, Beaufort, the aquarium, bowling, and other tourist locations. We were able to enjoy a tourist spot of our choosing and the beach everyday we were there because of the convenience of the property location and the perfect beach access. We highly recommend this property and would return with our family in the future.
