Nice house, but far from everything
2/5 This is a new house which is clean and well-equipped, but it is quite far from anything you might want to do in Durham. As much as we liked the house, we would not stay here again for that reason.I want to mention that I had to change dates due to my mother';s death and the owners and the management company could not have been nicer or more generously accommodating. we appreciated that very much.

Enjoyable Stay
5/5 Really enjoyed staying here, place is nice and clean, nice neighborhood; only complaint would be tight parking for big vehicles. I’ll stay there again

Great Find for Duke Graduation
5/5 Brand new property. Convenient location to Duke. Quiet neighborhood. Good streaming options on tv but only downside was it’s a new property and regular cable wasn’t set up, so couldn’t watch the nba playoff games on tv. I’m sure that will be taken care of soon.
