Great stay

The worse
1/5 I could not sleep in all of the heat there controlling the thermostat and the shower head was so weak and the icemaker was out and I was told I have to fix it when you leave I definitely would not use them again… it does not take long to fix a shower

- Regarding the temperature, we were prepared to assist you with adjusting the Nest Thermostat to ensure a comfortable environment. We had planned to visit the property to demonstrate its use, but unfortunately, we missed the opportunity to do so due to a lack of response as you were not present at the property.
- As for the icemaker issue, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We offered to deliver fresh ice as a temporary solution and were awaiting your confirmation on whether this would be helpful. Our intention was to repair the icemaker immediately after your departure to avoid any disturbance during your stay.
- Concerning the shower pressure, we recognize the importance of a satisfactory shower experience. We were ready to arrange for a plumber to replace the shower head during your stay, pending your approval. We are committed to ensuring optimal functionality and plan to upgrade the shower heads this week.
We strive to be responsive and accommodating to our guests' needs and are disappointed we couldn't resolve these issues for you during your stay. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be used to improve our service for future guests. 5/5 Overall everything was very nice. We had a good stay and the Host was just fabulous. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice home in a good area that is close to all things downtown.
