Great house!
5/5 Very nice house! Check in was easy. Detailed info about the rental was provided after booking. Plenty of supplies in the house. Loved the hot tub. Also lots of toys by boys loved playing with. Tons of games and dvds to enjoy during our stay. Only upgrade I would recommend would be nicer mattresses, maybe in king size too.
Excellent little staycation
5/5 This place had everything we were looking for to just get away for a while and relax. Pool, hottub, theater room. Everything was really nice. We will stay here again in the future.

Amazing home
4/5 Amazing home with all the details. Pool and hot-tub were a big draw but game room and music and high tech items throughout the house topped it off. Would give five stars if all the mattresses were not old and squeaky. Also wasn’t a fan of no pool towels. Five towels for a family of five traveling from another state caused us to have to buy towels on a trip we didn’t have room to fly home. Those two things being changed would make this over five stars in my opinion and I would 100% stay again (with new mattresses.)

4/5 Even with 1 minor glitch (a/c did not work for 2 days) we still had a great time. We found the property to be comfortable for our family and the communication with the company and host was responsive. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with the cooking tools we needed and the outside pool/grill area was well appointed also. Depending on what you plan to do, the location might work for you. It is close to Ballantyne and all the stores in Pineville. However, if you are looking for an adult social scene be prepared to drive.
