5/5 This is an immaculate, beautifully decorated and newly furnished condo that was so peaceful and pleasant.
The fireplace made for cozy evenings after we prepared meals from a well appointed and stocked kitchen with a gas stove. Everything we needed was provided from the coffees, teas, spices, staples, pots and pans, baking sheets, toaster, french coffee press, waffle iron, electronic kitchen scale, and beautiful dishes and glassware. We ate out several times and enjoyed some great food in the quaint town of Burnsville.
We’ve been coming to Mountain Air for four years and this is the nicest place we've stayed at. We felt like we were home. This place was cozy and comfortable. All of the furniture and bed are brand new and quite comfortable.
If you're looking for a safe and relaxing location, this is your place. Asheville is 45 minutes away. There are several local golf courses nearby. Mount Mitchell Golf Course (voted most scenic golf course on the eastern seaboard) is 25 minutes away. Nearby towns include Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, Black Mountain, and Pisbah National Forest. We really enjoyed our visit to the Biltmore Castle Estate. The views from the nearby airport and many parks are spectacular.
Looking forward to returning in the fall to enjoy the colorful leaves and views of the mountains. We won't stay anywhere else.
