A beautiful place to stay
2/5 A beautiful place to stay and a great location for all the activities in the Bryson City area. Great for adults.
Needs a little TLC
3/5 Inside needs some repair but plenty of room many beds and couches, could use another fridge for as many guests as it accommodates.
Outside both patios are filthy bird droppings and stuff. The two grills are nasty. The driveways are treacherous unless you have a big truck or suv the main drive is rutted and very steep the other one is grass/weed covered and very slanted and slick
Wi-Fi is terrible and only one of the TVs worked

Great family reunion
5/5 We loved the house and location. Plenty of space and comfortable living spaces. Brenda our customer service manager was very helpful, friendly and more than willing to help 120%.

Large home
3/5 The house is Large, that was nice. When we arrived there were some areas not cleaned very well & the heat was not working,(we didn'trealize this untilit started getting much colder in the evening). There is Hot Spot for internet but directions on that were not very clear & we could not make it work so we drove back down to where we had phone service & called the "contact person" listed,(she was very nice!) & she was able to walk us through it somewhat. I did discuss w her the areas that were not cleaned also. I went back & cleaned counters, fridge & tables w clorox wipes . We were able to get some TV but 1 of the remotes she mentioned was missing & there was no remote for the 3rd floor bedroom TV either. We did reach back out to our contact person again about the heat & missing remotes so hopefully this will be corrected.
