  Suitable for Elderly was specifically stated in the VRBO description of the property but since our stay it has been removed.

  The only first floor bathroom is very small and not suitable for anybody. The shower is tiny. My elbow kept hitting and opening the shower door plus there was no room to turn around. There were no grab bars. The rug outside the shower did not have a non slip backing.

  My wife slipped on the rug while trying to use the shower, fell, and sustained a compression fracture on her T10 vertebra. A 911 call and an ambulance trip to the hospital made for a very unpleasant stay.

  The only first floor bedroom contains the electronic equipment for the house. There are lights blinking constantly and a very noisy fan which runs constantly. I did contact the management about this when we first arrived but nothing could be done.

  The swimming pool (above ground tub) was full of green algae and dirty. We could not use it.

  The garbage cans outside were full and covered with flies. We had to take them to the street on garbage day just to avoid flies everywhere.

  The recreation area is nothing more than the garage, which we could not use for our car. It was dark, dingy, and not as advertised.

  The screen door to the patio was broken. I quickly notified the contact person so we would not be held responsible.

  There were cigarette butts in multiple places on the patio.

  The lights would go off and on at random times. I give this place zero stars.

  This was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and conveniently located. Would rent here again.
