Pleasant getaway
5/5 It's a clean well decorated rental property that needs a bit of TLC. The three bedrooms were of decent size, the fourth bedroom is some space next to the garage with 2 bunk beds. The Refrigerator, the AC and the wifi worked fine, patio has a clean gas grill. Pool is near by. Check in was a breeze, I just wish the AC was on when we came in, since it took a long while to bring the temp down. 10 am check out, although common these days is an inconvenience.

Palm Valley Condo
4/5 Overall the property is beautiful, in a great location, well stocked with all essential items and plenty of room for 6 adults. Apolonia, our manager with Evolve, was very helpful in resolving a few minor issues; living room tv, etc. I rated the property only 4 primarily because, for the price, the property is showing a bit of wear; living room couches with cracked and one had 2 rips and, although the kitchen is well stocked, the cabinet facing is separating from the wood; however I still recommend the property.

Palm perfect
5/5 Great location and overall a 5 star performance. A couple of things would make it slightly better, some remote blind instructions written out. A gate fob for private gate so you don’t have to drive through the entire complex every time. The furniture is a little “weathered” but it’s also a rental so can’t expect much more. All in all location and set up garnered a 5 star! Thank you.
