Peaceful
5/5 This place was beautiful and peaceful, relaxing, and simply quiet. This beautiful home allowed my family and I to come together and make new memories and speak of old ones remembering a loved one on their anniversary. We laughed, cried, and made new memories that will last a lifetime. I will definitely return here to stay ❤️

Mixed Bag…
3/5 We had very mixed feelings about our week stay in this rental. I’ll start with some of the positives: new house, modern finishes, comfortable beds, canal access and good location.
The worst part for our family was the roaches. The first night we lost count of the amount of live roaches. My kids wouldn’t turn the lights off after one was flying around the bedroom. We spent the next half a day buying pest control supplies to spray and bait the house. We flushed out and killed A LOT. We also spent hours cleaning the kitchen since open there is open shelving that most definitely had bugs crawling on dishes. When reporting the issue, we were told it was due to a recent hurricane and that they were from the pine trees. We were offered an extra night which we declined but were told that we would be reimbursed for our pest control expenses. It’s been three weeks since I emailed receipts but have yet to get a response or a refund.
The rental has great potential but the roaches (not one or two but a LOT) were a bust for my family. Not to mention, the way the incident was handled. The good news for the next renters, we did enough pest control during our time there that it should be good for a couple months.
Will be back!
5/5 Perfect getaway with friends. Comfortable beds and rooms, and the AC was fabulous. Easy to tie up boat right next to the property. Fridge was a little smelly and there was a dirty Tupperware in the cabinet, but overall was so new and clean. Property manager super accommodating for early check in/late check out. Can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful Place
4/5 New and so beautiful! Some confusion on keyless entry and a small setback with the grill but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and had almost everything you would need!

Really Beautiful Place!
5/5 This house was so beautifully done! It really was decorated so lovely and we enjoyed it! One thing to keep in mind is that it does not have an elevator. I have a small dog so we carried him up and down the steps. Other than that, it was great! You can tell the owner really put in the work!
