Nice but missing some basics
3/5 The house was exactly as billed on the pictures. Great neighborhood. Clean house.
The problems:
1. AC was out for our entire stay. House stayed at 80-82 degrees. Attempt was made to rectify but was not completed before we left (stayed from Thurs - Mon)
2. Only ONE trash bag in the kitchen. Couldn't do anything with extra trash
3. No dishwashing liquid
4. No stopper for the sink (couldn't make dishwater if we wanted to)
5. Only ONE pod for the dishwasher (so I guess we were supposed to only wash our dishes once)
Would have been nice to have (i.e. I've seen it at other locations and it was nice):
1. Some basic spices: salt,pepper, garlic -- they have it now because we bought it and left it for the next person
2. One package of coffee -- they have it now because we bought it and left it for the next person
3. A better coffee pot (that was the most basic coffee pot). The problem is that if you don't remember to turn it off it will stay all day and the coffee in the pot get burnt to the bottom of the pot.

2/5 I would have gave a 5 star because I stayed there before it was great. But this time was different I got the code to the door 2 hours after check in . Found out that the lights was off I canceled my stay then 2 hours later which was about 8pm got a call the lights on got there house wasn’t clean bed was made up. Cleaning people came when I left to go to the store. They were in there when I got back . Didn’t get settled in until about 10pm .The owner didn’t even try to give me a discount or a extra night seeing that I waste a day
Felt like home
5/5 Had to evacuate mobile home due to hurricane- this VRBO rental home made us feel safe and it was very clean
