  • If spiders are your thing

    Don't get me wrong we enjoyed our stay. However there were so many spiders and cobwebs all over inside the condo and outside we had to clean the place upon our arrival. Thankfully they provided us with a new vacuum. This was not how we really wanted to start our vacation. The carpets were sticky and very dirty. There was no dish soap to wash dishes. The view was great off the patio so that was a plus.

  • Rebooking

    We are rebooking for next year as overall good location and all necessities were available.

    Only a couple comments.

    1. Max (host) - very attentive and responded in timely manner

    2. House was overall well cleaned.

    3. Large and spacious. Washer and dryer in condo. Ice maker as well as working ice from fridge.

    4. Located on top floor with gorgeous views and working elevator present.

  • Daughters bday trip

    I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. Truth is I gave this place a chance after reviewing the terrible review a lady left before mine. We were very disappointed when we arrived to the half cleaned condo. We checked in close to 5pm and it was not finished. Trash was still left behind, beds not made and one of the bathrooms unclean. Because of this, everything was thrown off because we had to wait for the cleaners to come back and finish. Not only that but the whole condo needed some updating. No tv in one of the bedrooms which sucks, missing controllers but the owner did send us some extra ones. Even though we experienced these issues, we made the best of it. This condo has great potential if it were updated. New blinds/curtains are needed and new clean carpet and furniture. More comfortable beds would be a plus too. Other than that it was huge, and the views were amazing!

  • Dirty - would not stay there again!

    Less than 24 hrs before our check in we received an e-mail there had been water damage in the condo. We should have been notified sooner so we could have made other plans. Since we had no choice we went to the condo. The water damage was workable. However, there was NO hot water. The patio furniture hadn't been cleaned in many months. Personal items had been left in the shower. The refrigerator door was full of leftover items of which one had expired 6 months prior. The freezer had ice cream partially crystalized. There was a comforter which was so filthy dirty it was disgusting. We had instructions to remove the sheets upon leaving. When we did so, there was dried pee on the mattress pad. Carpet had stains throughout the condo. Owner said he's refund us 10% for the water damage situation but has since not responded to phone calls nor emails and no refund has been received.
