5/5 Very nice place with tons of room. 3 1/2 baths was perfect for a group of 7 women. There was plenty of room to get ready and no one ever had to wait for a bathroom. Two pools on property. Great location!

Monarch condos
4/5 Very nice place. Plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids. Some of the Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. . Sheets were not of great quality. Location was great.

Spacious but smells like sewage
3/5 This condo has a lot of space, but there is a constant, awful sewage smell permeating from under the kitchen sink. Also, we wish the condo would have been cleaner. Great location off of HH.

- The Home Owner's Association sent a plumber to investigate, and they found out a vent was not installed properly. The vent has now been replaced, and the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused
