Everything about the cabin was great - it was clean, spacious, wonderful location, secluded, and serene. Our only complaint was the Wifi - the rental listing stated that the Wifi was spotty, so we expected it to not be great. But it was basically nonexistent. Since we were there solely for vacation and still had cell phone service, it wasn't the end of the world. But if you absolutely NEED Wifi during your stay (for work or something like that), I would say this isn't the best option. The owner did say they are working on a fix, so hopefully it'll be corrected in the future. Overall, this was a minor issue for us and allowed us to "unplug" a bit on our trip. Everything else about the house was great!

Everything in the cabin was great - it was cozy, clean, and welcoming.
The only issue we had was with the wifi. The rental listing stated that the wifi was "spotty", but it was basically nonexistent. It wasn't bad because we still had phone service, but if you need to rely on Wifi for phone service or for working or something else, this option isn't the best. It was nice for us to "unplug" for a bit!
Overall we loved the cabin and the location was perfect. We felt it was quiet and peaceful yet still close to all the restaurants and activities we wanted to do in/around Branson.
Great place, no issues at all other than pretty slow internet. Pay attention to emails rather than the fridge printout on checkout. Better supplied than other stays I've been to. ( towels, tp, dishes)Community center clubhouse is very nice. they don't keep their internet site up to date. Currently they're closing at 3pm.

We've been to Stonebridge Resort numerous times over the last 10 - 15 years, staying mostly in 2 or 4 bedroom cabins. All of our previous stays were booked through Stonebridge Resort directly - this was our first VRBO reservation/stay. The condition of the VRBO cabin was far and away our worst experience ever. Bath towels smelled moldy, and were discolored. Very large insects were found in the bathtub. (killed and left for your review) The dishwasher was ajar from the cabinetry on the bottom. The beds/pillows were absolutely horrible. A broken and uncovered electrical outlet on the deck, which is a clear safety hazard, unable to meet code. We have pictures to share if you would like. While we have always highly recommended Stonebridge to our friends and family, we will never book a VRBO at Stonebridge again. Apparently, Stonebridge Resorts direct has much higher standards.

In addition, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-This is disappointing to hear and we want to apologize for the negative impact this had on your experience. First of all, I have communicated with our cleaners about the bugs and towels issues. It is hard to believe, with all the people coming in and out over May, June, and July, that the towels had been sitting there and growing mold. Nevertheless, this specific issue has been addressed
-Thank you for expressing your concerns about the dishwasher. We are actively planning to replace our dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave within the month
-I was unaware of a broken outlet; unfortunately, previous guests had not mentioned it and it had not been noticed after any routine walkthroughs. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as well
-Until now, we have not received any negative reviews concerning any of the beds, sheets, and pillows. Though we respect all feedback and we will consider making improvements in that department if we receive similar criticism in the future
