A perfect place for our trip
5/5 This listing was just as promised and more. There were so many items stocked and available to make the stay great. Board games, magazines, kitchen appliances and more. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Would stay again without hesitation
5/5 Happy Oaks Retreat was the perfect home base for a week of exploring Branson. Our party (4 adults and 1 toddler) found the unit clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owner's communicativeness, and generosity with essentials like coffee, dish soap etc. made our stay as seamless, comfortable and easy as being at home. We took advantage of all of the amenities, cooking in the kitchen, relaxing on the balcony, playing the Nintendo, and visiting the playgrounds and golf course in the Stonebridge community. The golfers said Ledgestone is the prettiest course they have played. And for a visit to Silver Dollar City, the location can't be beat. We were easily able to take midday breaks with our toddler, as it only took a few minutes to pop back and forth. None of the other attractions we visited were more than 20 minutes away. All in all, a five star stay and we hope to stay here on any future trips to Branson!

Great space with lots of little details & super close to SDC!
5/5 This condo was wonderful for many reasons including: superb location near SDC & removed from the strip, onsite amenities, ground level with very close parking & no one above you. Sarah the host was easy to contact & always responsive. She proactively contacted me at the start & end of our stay as well which was extra thoughtful & appreciated. We also so appreciated the well thought out details like: beautifully decorated, coffee bar (even including flavored syrups!), hot chocolate, snacks, kids tent (my kiddos loved & each took a turn sleeping in!), record player w/ records, plenty of pillows & blankets, Christmas decorations (even holiday bingo sheets & peppermints), electric fireplace, several laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup wipes, coffee pots in both the kitchen & studio room...and much more!Three things I would suggest: • Even just a couple extra towels & wash cloths would be so helpful & an easy adjustment.• The studio mattress felt comfortable at first when just sitting on it but it seemed to slope in the middle when two people were laying in the bed during the night.• The studio bedroom fan made some noises/clanking off & on so that would be great to look at closer to resolve - again, minor & probably an easy fix but it did wake us some.We would absolutely stay here again & again! It would especially be delightful in the warmer months with the pools, golf course, etc.WELL DONE!
