  We chose this place for a weekend getaway with our family. This place was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for our 3 kids to play. Having the room with a small kitchen and trundle bed was perfect for our family of 5 and allowing my parents to have a space all to them selves. The manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be returning in the future.

  Plus's: Plenty of provided products and supplies. Easy ground floor access. Newer appliances. Owner rep. response was good after we settled in but not great prior to arriving.

  Minuses: Many handyman related deficiencies/annoyances. Owner rep. acknowledged complaints. I won't use this management company again. Excessive fees for the area. Not responsive after initial booking.

  Hi Robert,
  we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -We apologize for the oversight. We will promptly address the battery replacement and replace the trashcan
  -The dishwasher is attached to the cabinet, but not to the counter.
  -The AC unit door needs to be replaced with a louvered door to ensure proper air circulation. There is a vent behind the washer and dryer that will help with airflow. Additionally, the ceiling fan has only one speed and does not come with a chain.
  -We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the toilet paper holder in the half bath. It was in good condition as of May, but we will inspect it to address any issues.

  The condo was an excellent choice for 5 of us to stay in. However when we arrived we noticed the batteries werent in the trash can to have the top working until the friday before we left. The thermostat in the main room said replace battery. And the HVAC system in the extra suite part made noises at night. The fan also in the suite couldnt be adjusted to our liking because we felt that if we left it on, it was going to come out of the ceiling. Overall we enjoyed our time.

• Birthday trip

  Since my husband and I have gotten married, we try to go to Branson for the Christmas season and for my birthday. Branson is my happy place and since we have had our daughter, it is that more magical through her eyes. This year my parents got to come with us so the condo was perfect. Our daughter loved the fact that she had her own bed and it wasn’t a couch. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The extra small bathroom was perfect when the kid needed to go right now. The TVs were perfect and so happy they are Roku TVs. When you have a kid that doesn’t understand commercials and not being able to watch what you want, this was perfect. We will definitely look at staying again. My dad and daughter loved playing Sequence. They may not have played it completely right, but they laughed the entire time.
