Overall the condo was decorated very cute. The cleaniness was decent would have prefered to be a bit cleaner but doable. The check in process, well there was NONE. We had contacted Joe the point contact but at first he did not answer we had to call multiple times, then there was no parking pass. Joe at first was NOT very helpful and this created a LOT of frustration. Eventually we had to travel a block away to pick up another parking pass. This location is NOT as close to the boardwalk and beach as described which also created some frustration. Overall the condo was cute but not the best for a family with small children who want to be close to main attractions.

Hi Shelly, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize that our communication and response times impacted your stay. We’re sorry we missed your first phone call and are happy we could answer your second call about the parking pass situation.
- Unfortunately, the guests before your stay must have taken the parking pass and we apologize that this was overlooked. Thankfully, the HOA office is located on the next street over from our vacation home and they gave you a new parking pass to use during your stay.
- We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
- We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. We provide plenty of suggestions in the listing description of nearby attractions and their proximity to the home, but ultimately it’s up to the guest how they want to spend their time in the area.
-While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.

Great place, Loved the decor! Clean, Nice pool. Owner was Very accommodating. Condo is On the bay side.
This place was very nicely decorated and looked very welcoming. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to our standards. It did not appear that the cleaners did much in spite of the cleaning fee. The rules for the house asked for you to wipe down counters before leaving and it doesn’t appear much more is done after that. There was sand on and under the beds. The sheets and blankets were poor quality as well. There were minimal outlets and poor lighting throughout. The listing did not specify that there would not be toilet paper or paper towels available which was a huge issue when arriving after a long car trip. The AC unit did not keep the rooms cool well but the main living space was cold. We could also constantly hear the people upstairs stomping and walking around loudly. It woke us up several times throughout our stay. The walk to the beach wasn’t horrible but would have been impossible with beach chairs, a cooler, etc. Overall, the place met our basic needs but we would want future guests to be aware of these concerns.
