Perfect location!!
5/5 The house was perfect for seven adults. We were in town for a family reunion. It was clean and everything that we needed was there. We spent every morning on the back screened in patio with coffee. The house is close to beaches and restaurants. We will be back.

5/5 We had a great time staying here. House was clean and had enough dishes, silverware, towels and comforters for 8 people (including 2 children). Having the toys were handy for toddlers. It is a plus that the house is close to grocery.

Best Christmas
5/5 Spent Christmas at the Melrose visiting family. This is the best short term rental I have ever stayed in—- and I have stayed in many around the country!

Melrose Sarasota
5/5 Very nice home. The kitchen was very well stocked unlike other houses with plently of utenciles blenders etc. Could use another frying pan biut that was minor. Bedrooms were roomy, the Master Bath was quite large and the back screened porch was a great gathering space. Onsite washer and dryer worked well and when I needed to ring the site manager she was very nice and helpful. Quite neighborhood and conveniently located to grocery shopping and Beaches.
