    The apartment is in a great location, particularly as we needed easy access to Belmont Harbor every day of our stay.

    The condition of the apartment is another story -

    The apartment was dirty and very poorly cleaned when we arrived. X dirty floors, spider webs in most rooms, dirty window sills and even ants in one of the bedrooms. We asked for the cleaner to come back the next day and the apartment was adequately cleaned.

    When we removed the bedsheets from the mattress in the upper level bedroom we saw it is disgustingly soiled.

    The kitchen is poorly equipped. No cutting board, no large knife, only one bent frypan, no drying up towels etc

    The 2G wifi service is completely inadequate. I didn’t know 2G still exists.

    The clothes washing machine is missing the water temperature control knob.

    The outsides of all the windows, especially the kitchen window are filthy.

    This could be a great apartment but the owners don’t seem too interested in keeping it in a good condition.

    I rented a very similar apartment not far away in June. That was a great experience, this one not so much.

    We appreciated Tony coming over to do what he could but the owners need to spend some dollars to bring the apartment up to an acceptable standard.

    Hi Steven, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. When I inspected the home, I did not see any cobwebs, the windowsills were just painted, and the kitchen has everything a guest needs for a long-term stay.
    - We ensure all amenities are working before every guest's arrival, however, we are sorry to hear you encountered some issues. Regarding the internet, the speed can vary from time to time depending on how many people are using it. We are also happy to replace the washing machine knob considering it may have just fallen off.
    - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past. Mattresses can have some discoloration from normal wear and this is not unusual. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
    - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. Your feedback assists us in understanding our guests' perspectives and improving wherever possible. Thank you for sharing your review.

    Great stay, some issues when we first arrived but the team was very responsive in fixing them. Fit everyone comfortably. Great location!

  • Great place for a larger group!

    Group of 8 had plenty of space to hang out! Super clean. Close to everything Belmont St has to offer. Parking is a bit tricky, but there are parking garages and each end of the block. 10/10 would recommend.
