Open floor plan, very clean with updated kitchen and bathroom design. Bedroom has very comfortable mattress and plenty of closet/drawers storage space for ski clothes and gear. Full size washer/dryer. Beautiful lakefront view and close proximity to skiing at Schweitzer mountain. Walkable distance into adorable downtown Sandpoint’s restaurants and shops. Booking next year 💯

  • Fabulous view

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. I enjoy how easy it is to access off of the main highway and it has a nice view of part of the lake and the hills behind the highway. You can also hear the trains, which I find relaxing. The complex itself is quiet. You can walk to the downtown shops/dining (the pizza place across the street is delicious) and there is everything you need in the condo for basic living. My only note is the heating is a little different (one vent for living area and one in bedroom) and I had some difficulty maintaining a happy temperature, but that would not deter me from staying again.

This property was very nice! It was close to the freeway and trains however it became white noise very quickly. It was difficult to see the signage for the Condo entrance as there were obstructions in front of it. I would suggest raising the sign a bit perhaps. I also would have liked to have the building letter in the address as it took me some time to locate which building it was. Also instructions for running the TV and disc players would have been good for me as I am less tech savvy then most. Other than those minor things it was a very nice experience, thank you!

  • Cute place to stay short term

    4/5

Nice place and a pretty view. The very loud railroad noise was unexpected with the train horn going all night long. Good thing I had ear plugs with me. Also the back sliding doors are broken and off track so they were very hard to open and close every day for fresh air. For the very hefty cleaning price added to the listing, I would have expected this area and the doors/tracks to be cleaner and in working order. The rest of the house was very nice. The kitchen was nice and the bathroom/bedroom nice & cozy.
