4/5 The space was adequate for our two families to have a place for sleeping and a few meals. Although the house and grounds have not been as kept up as we would have preferred, the location is lovely and worked for our group.
Maintenance shows to be at a bare minimum, although clean with clean linens. Having a washer and dryer was great for the re using of beach and kitchen towels. The hot tub was maintained, clean and great to have although we had to clean chairs and tables in the backyard to use them. I had asked about propane for the grill in advance and was disappointed to arrive and there be none and had to go purchase our own, the grill also needed to be cleaned to use. One bathroom shower is still not fully functional and most of us had to use the other shower. The house is for sale and may be why the owner is not putting in the money to up keep.
Great price and location!
5/5 This a good deal for the price. Overall very happy. Great customer service provided by evolve! The carpet on the stairs should be replaced and there are other small issues like water dripping from the guest bathtub and it being very difficult to turn on and off. There were a few stains on the decorative pillows that we did not use. Other than that, great place! The hot tub was a bonus and very clean! The rest of the house was great as well! Loved how close it was to trails for walking your dog off leash in the woods.

Stay for Top Shelf Music Festival
3/5 Property was not as well appointed as we hoped and had some maintenance issues. It had a for sale sign in the yard but the lawn had not even been mowed. That said, it was an enjoyable stay.
