  Loved this location, quiet and clean. Beautiful view. Close to everything we wanted to do and quick trip to airport for less stress! Will come and stay again!!

• Comfortable, breezy and amazing ocean view

  Finding this specific condo in a large settlement was a bit challenging, but, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. It's a third floor walkup which is a good workout but, of course, the higher floor affords you a perfect perch from which to see the ocean at the foot of the hill.

  No A/C in the unit but they have a number of effective fans in the living room and the bedroom does have a cooling unit as well as a super comfortable king size bed so we were happy. Well appointed modern kitchen and spacious balcony were also plusses, plus they had everything you needed for your shower and a stackable laundry set up.

  A very nice heated pool with ample loungers made for a relaxing afternoon. Nice find and you're only about a mile from many shops and great Thai food at the Rin Thai on Alli'i Drive. Definitely worth your consideration!

• Not Really Air Conditioned

  Check in process was smooth, unit was clean, pool was nice. It was a little hard to find the parking spot, but only the first time. Mostly very nice. It is fairly deceptive that they say the unit is air conditioned in the property description. There is a small portable AC unit in the bedroom only. It's not even enough to cool the bedroom fully, though it does take the edge off. The living room and kitchen however do not have AC and get very uncomfortably hot in the afternoon when the sun shines right in. Some people may not mind, but I specifically looked for a unit with AC.

  - The listing specifies that the unit has a portable A/C unit.
  - The west-facing orientation of the condo provides beautiful sunsets, which can also make the living areas warmer. The available curtains and balcony shade are there to help manage the heat.
  - While the parking spot might be a bit tricky to locate the first time, future guests may find it easily after the initial attempt.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed. The bed proved a little too soft for my back, but my husband found it fine. Lanai was quiet and private.

• Very nice apartment

  This was a very nice apartment about a mile walk from downtown. Convenient to drives both north and south. First time GPS had a little trouble, but got it sorted out.

  Access was very easy to the unit. Absolutely no complaints.
