5/5 This house is so close to town and has the best balcony view. A/C works great and is super comfortable.

Awesome stay!
5/5 Location is amazing! We spent tons of time on the deck watching sunsets, listening to the waves, and relaxing. Property is walkable to things, and though there is some road noise the upside of location easily outweighs it. Clean, comfortable, and a really great base for exploring the island. Highly recommend!

Amazing location & view
5/5 Walking distance from downtown Kona. Clean and spacious home. The lanai is large and has a spectacular view of sunset and anything happening on the water near Kona. The public beach is next door. Has some homeless that come over to the property front to fish, but they keep to themselves.
