- This property is located in a gated community. Upon arrival, guests must check in at the security gate and provide their drivers license, confirmation email, and lot number 1952
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5750
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all food items. Be sure to check fridge, freezer, cabinets, ect
- Empty all trash cans and place bagged trash in outside trash cans. Trash must fit in the can with the lid closed. No loose trash is allowed in the trash cans.
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle dishwasher pods under the sink. You do not have to empty it. Any other dishes,pots,pans need to be washed and put away
- Please do not strip the beds; The cleaner will take care of this after your departure
- Put all used linens in the laundry area
- All furniture needs to be in its original position. Additional fees may be imposed if cleaner needs to move furnishings back
- Check the thermostat: In the winter leave the heat at 65 degrees, In the summer leave AC at 80 degrees upon departure
- Make sure the gas grill is shut off
- Gas fireplaces: do not leave the fireplace on but leave the pilot light lit. Wood burning fireplaces need to be completely extinguished
- Check under the beds, sofas, drawers, and closets for your belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for any items left behind. If you have left something behind and we are able to locate it, there's a minimum fee of $25 plus cost of shipping it back to you
- Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked
- Please make sure the hot tub cover is on and locked
- Leave the community amenity guest pass inside the property
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
