Additionally, our house has an ADT alarm system that guests have access to, if they wish. Providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all of our guests is at the forefront of our mission and we are sorry to hear that the area was not up to your expectations. We've never had issues with guest safety and do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home prior to booking."

Great house
5/5 We loved the house. It was clean, spacious, most everything we needed was there. The house was pristine. The pool was perfect. We were a bit unhappy with the traffic noise when we were outside by the pool. As well there were no lamps in the living room. Only very bright harsh overhead lights. We had to move a bedroom lamp into the living room for our stay to have softer lighting. Communication with the owner and property manager was wonderful. It was close to all activities we wanted to do. Beach, restaurants, museums etc. we can’t wait to come back!

5/5 Great location, close to airport and downtown west palm…property was in great condition, pool was warm, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, kitchen had all the bells and whistles; bathrooms were very nice, plenty of towels

Nice house!
4/5 Overall this is an excellent house! Updated, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, convenient beach, shopping, etc. The pool was perfect, and kids had a great time playing in it. Only negative was that some of the outdoor furniture cushions were covered in mold so we couldn't use them. Owners might want to consider getting new ones that are mold resistant. Other than that the house was great, and we would definitely stay there again!
