Home at the Beach
4/5 This is an older remodeled home at the end of a quiet road in the heart of Seagrove Beach. While the property is not on the beach we had no issues packing up our beach stuff and finding parking at public access. We did have a few issues on our trip with the house. There was an issue with the water as well as an invasion of ants. We reached out to the folks at Evolve who we rented the property through. Our contact never got back to us but when we called the main number we were connected with the homeowners. They ended up giving us their phone number and were so attentive to any issues we had.

Perfect beach house.
5/5 We stayed at this property over the busy spring break week. The location was perfect, only 0.5 mile walk to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants at Seaside but at the same time is was a peaceful oasis, tucked away at the end of a quiet street with local residents in nearby houses. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked with essentials, with a nice big kitchen. There were hammocks and a fire pit in the backyard and a swinging bench on the front porch, all you need to enjoy your time outdoors. Last but not least, the host was very attentive and responsive.
It was our 3rd spring break trip to 30A and probably the most enjoyable.
