CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1422
- The parking garage area located under the condo has temporary parking, luggage racks, and shopping carts available for guest use. Take the elevator up to the ground floor to access the condo
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash; the garbage chute is located past the condo's door in the lobby hallway
- Load and start the dishwasher. Housekeepers will put away clean dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade. Do NOT strip the beds
- Strip at the sofa sleepers trundle beds, and rollout cots, and put the couches back together
- Start a load of bath towels before departing
- For homes with a grill, please clean it with the wire brush
- Set the thermostat to 76 degrees during the summer and 65 degrees during the winter
- Please return both the key fob and garbage key where originally found upon arrival
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Do NOT unplug the internet router, TVs, or cable boxes
- Please note that maximum occupancy applies to all guests at all times. Only those authorized in the reservation are permitted on the property
