• Mom n daughter trip/ parents 50th anniversary

  My parents always brought my sister n I to PCB every year growing up no matter how challenging the year was for them. This late October will be there 50th anniversary and I wanted to return the favor as an anniversary gift to them to come to our home away from home. This place outdid all the other hotels for them so I'm happy they were happy.

  Requested early check in with Audrey earlier in the week. She was very short with replies and extremely unfriendly. She never let me know if early check in would be available.

  I did not receive any door or parking garage codes until I EMAILED for them after check in time.

  Master bed is extremely hard, thin, and uncomfortable.

  There's no service elevator so the elevators were clogged with cleaners and their carts throughout the day. We had to wait sometimes 3 elevators for one with space available.

  Beach umbrella was broken and not usable. Needs to be replaced.

  Other than that- the condo was adequate.

  Beautiful balcony view.

  - We want all of our guests to feel welcome. We've confirmed that the pre-stay email was sent to you before your arrival, which included detailed check-in instructions and other information about the door and garage codes.
  - We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our property seriously. We typically offer an early check in if guests request it but we apologize that we had back-to-back bookings with a lot of cleaning to complete prior to your arrival.
  - We do know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
  - We’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

• Great View

  Our stay was great. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The evolve team I rented though was excellent in keeping me up to date on everything. We were on the 17th floor but elevators were super fast. Hardly any waiting. I would recommend this to anyone that wanted a beach vacation.

  We had a great holiday. The lack of communication was entirely my fault. The condo was clean, and exactly what I would have wanted for a wonderful holiday.
