Golfers, be sure to bring your clubs, as Holiday Golf Club and Signal hill Golf Course are both under 10 minutes away! If you’re not much of a golfer, just a mile down the road you’ll find Pier Park! While in the heart of some of the state’s most beautiful beaches, this pier offers over 120 stores, a plethora of fine dining options, theatres, bars, and so much more! Be sure to check out some live music and performances at Tootsies before calling it a day!
The adventurers in the group can’t miss out on a deep sea excursion! Various places around the pier off snorkeling, dolphin tours, pirate cruises, fishing charters, parasailing, and so much more!

Great place but the cleaners need to learn how to scrub
3/5 Overall we had a good time but the grout in the shower in the master bedroom hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. There was also black mold around the tub shower from lack of scrubbing and also around the sink in the kitchen. The property is nice and deserves better housekeeping

Nice condo
4/5 Condo was nice. Needs some minor repairs and deep cleaning. There is mold in the tub/shower and on some parts of ceiling. Beware if you are tall. The ceilings are very low in the showers and the sinks are oddly short. There is no where to put your shampoo/soap in the master shower. A cheap shower caddy would solve that problem. No hand towels at all, which was also strange. Only two sets of towels, wash cloths per bathroom.
The complex is nice and the beach was not overly crowded. We paid to rent the beach chairs and the are very close to your neighbors. We had people smoking and smoking weed next to us which was gross. The balcony has two club chairs and a sofa.

4/5 We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, in good shape, sufficiently stocked w/towels, kitchen equipment and even had beach chairs and various beach toys. Location was decent; convenient/walking distance from a few restaurants with souvenir shopping and a mini store across the street!
